Please Note
• It is essential to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for treatment. Clients who arrive after the scheduled time will receive the remaining portion of their treatment, and will be charged the full amount.

• Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by leaving children, cell phones and paging devices at home.
• As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you maintain a quiet level of conversation at all times. In addition, there should be absolutely no talking when in the massage areas.
• Limousine/Town Car service is available. Rates vary depending on destination.
• Rates do not include gratuity. All prices and/or services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Monday - Friday: 24 hour cancellation notice required.
Saturday - Sunday: 48 hour cancellation notice required. All Saturday appointments require a credit card authorization when booking your appointment. If the cancellation notification is not received within the guidelines of the cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
